Heriberto Diarte, SVP, Corporate Ventures & External Innovations, Schneider Electric Ventures. Diarte was formerly at CEMEX global building materials company, then Alstom Transport. Additionally Co-Founder and CEO Americas of hereO.

Jean-Luc Meyer, SVP, Business Development, Global Strategy, Schneider Electric Ventures. Mayer has 5+ years experience at Schneider as SVP Strategy & Innovation and Senior VP Power Solutions, after spending 18+ years at HP.

Rodolphe Heliot, Business Incubation Director, Schneider Electric Ventures Investment Manager at Aster Capital. Heliot has been a Data Scientist at Schneider for about 3 years.

Bimal Mehta, North America Business Incubation Lead from August 2017. Mehta’s background is a mix of strategy and operations roles, including at SAP and Invensys Operations Management. Mehta has been director of M&A Integration at Schneider Electric Software since 2014 and serves on advisory board of Greentown Labs.

Sylvain Painteau, EMEA Business Incubation Director. Painteau has been with Schneider Electric for 14+ years focusing on R&D and Innovation in Europe

 Dr. Michael Gera, Managing Partner & Co-Founder, Energy Access Ventures. Gera holds multiple years of venture investing and operating experience, mostly in Africa. He began his career in academia and then software engineering, before moving into investment banking at Pond Venture Partners Gera has additonally been interim CEO of two African companies.

Ravi Sikand, Senior Partner, Energy Access Ventures. Sikand has previously worked closely with startups as early stage investor at Softbank and News Corp JV, also former Director of Financial Advisory at Deloitte E. Africa and the PPP Unit at National Treasury in Kenya.

 Emmanuel Beau, Investment Manager & Co-Founder joining Energy Access Ventures in 2012 developing a proprietary dealflow platform. Beau joined SIDI to manage microfinance investments in rural Senegal and Togo and has also kickstarted a number of renewable energy finance projects in Africa.

 Paras Patel, Investment Manager, Energy Access Ventures. Patel began at PWC London as an associate in the transaction advisory department, before moving to HSBC in London doing cross-asset EM macro research for Global Markets arm.
